Low/med Content: pH 7.5. The Legend of Crazy Water: The waters of Mineral Wells, TX have been making folks feel good inside and out since 1881. Maybe because of the flavor. Maybe cause they just might have healed a crazy woman who drank from the well. Either way, you’d be crazy not to drink it. Ed Dismuke – Founder of Famous Mineral Water Co.: He relocated to Mineral Wells after observing the effectiveness of mineral waters. As a pharmacist, Mr. Dismuke developed mineral water products like Pronto-Lax, Famous Crystals and Residuum. At 97, he stated his daily regiment always included a glass of Crazy Water. Crazy Water.
